6-week Olympic Lifting Cycle

Let’s work on making your lifts better. Join me for one 1-hour training session each week, along with 3-5 additional days of Olympic Lifting work. Before we get started on the cycle, we’ll have a max-out session—this is a free session—to establish your training maxes and identify what you need to work on most. Throughout the cycle, you can also send me videos to review* as desired.

You can choose to purchase one cycle (6 weeks) or subscribe to receive continuous training.

*You must send videos no later than midnight Friday each week and will receive feedback no later than the following Sunday evening.

What is included?

  • Membership to Beyond the Whiteboard (this is where you will receive your programming and log your results)

  • Fully personalized programming, specific to your needs

  • Warm ups (if desired)

  • Video demonstrations for any unfamiliar movements

  • Workout notes that tell you where your focus should be for each movement or for the workout overall

  • Coach support if you have any questions about the prescribed work

Programming is completed by end of day Sunday for the following week.
